Spaghetti Poblano


1 box of spaghetti

Oil for frying


Poblano cream sauce

1 Cup of heavy whipping cream or half and half

1 cup of water

3 garlic cloves

2 tbs of chicken bouillon

Bunch of cilantro (1/4 of the bunch)

Pepper

(Optional for Spice) Serrano or jalapeños


*if spaghetti gets dry after adding the sauce add 1/4 of half and half or heavy cream




Chicken Cutlet

I used 4 thinly sliced chicken breast

All purpose flour

5 eggs

And bread crumbs on your choice
