The short version
This website does not collect your personal information. There are no forms, no accounts, no shopping cart, no cookies, and no analytics or advertising trackers. You can browse every page here without giving us anything.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for, store, or sell names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or location data through this website. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not share information with advertisers, because we do not gather it in the first place.
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps basic server logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.
When you contact us
If you call us, send an email, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share so we can answer you. We use it for that purpose only. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your message to anyone outside the Mercado.
Links to other companies
Some buttons on this site take you to services we do not own. Once you leave, their rules apply instead of ours, and we have no control over what they collect:
- Grubhub and DoorDash, when you place a delivery or pickup order
- Google Maps, when you ask for directions, and Google Business, when you read or write a review
- Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, when you visit our profiles
- WhatsApp, when you start a chat with us
We recommend reading the privacy policy of each of those services before you use them.
Children
This site is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. Since we do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect it from children either.
Your choices
Because we hold no personal data from this website, there is nothing for us to look up, correct, or delete. If you have sent us a message directly and would like us to delete it, contact us and we will.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add a contact form, an online store, analytics, or cookies to this site, we will update this page before turning them on and change the date at the top.
